Care Concierge turns a nurse call for help into a task your team and their family can see. MedPass turns a lifetime of scattered health records into one doctor-ready passport you control.

The Product Family

For Care Teams
A scan, a tap, or a spoken word becomes a prioritized task on your team's live floor view — with family kept in the loop the moment it's resolved.
Consult Packet
Jordan T. · DOB 03/14/1989
Allergies
Penicillin (rash), Shellfish (anaphylaxis)
Current Medications
For Patients
Scattered portals, wearables, and paperwork become one doctor-ready passport — with you in control of exactly who sees it.
Shared Infrastructure
One interoperability, security, and audit layer underlies every product — Care Concierge today, MedPass next.
One layer, two very different users
The same interoperability, security, and audit foundation runs underneath both products, which is why a nurse's floor view and a patient's consult packet behave consistently and why neither asks anyone to abandon a system that works. Care Concierge is live on it today. MedPass is being built on it now.
Care Concierge writes back to the EMR your facility already runs. MedPass connects to the wearables and portals a patient already uses. Neither one asks anyone to rip out what works.
Where We Are
Care Concierge is running on real floors against real rooms and real requests — the screens on the product page aren't renderings. MedPass is in development with a waitlist open. What we don't have yet is a shelf of customer logos, and we'd rather tell you that here than let you find out on the call.
If you'd like to be one of the first sites, that's a conversation we're actively having.

Every organization gets its own branded workspace, not a shared login screen with a dropdown. Here's what actually happens between signing on and going live.

Interoperability sounds like a checkbox. In practice it means bi-directional sync, conflict resolution, and never asking a facility to rip out the system they already trust.

A meaningful share of ER volume isn't emergencies at all — it's care that could safely happen somewhere else, if that somewhere else existed and connected back to the record.
